## Open locally

Double-click `index.html`. No Python/R server and no internet connection are required.

## Public deployment

Publish the curated public deployment package rather than the full internal dashboard workspace. The public package contains only the reader-facing interface, rights-safe display inputs, public downloads, and rights notice. Internal validation and release-control files remain outside the public surface.

## Source-of-truth rule

This dashboard is presentation only. Display data are copied from the validated, rights-safe public replication release; the interface does not download market data or re-run strategy logic. Dashboard updates are checked against the frozen public research inputs before release.
